Roland Legaspi of Piedmont Hills has been named the Bay Area News Group’s boys high school athlete of the week for Nov. 29 to Dec. 5 after receiving 46.53% of the vote by the 5 p.m. deadline Wednesday.
Wilcox football star Luther K. Glenn (17.84%) finished second and McClymonds football standout Jaivian Thomas (13.88%) was third.

Legaspi scored both of his team’s goals in a 2-0 victory over Latino College Prep.
