The Oakland Raiders kicked off the first day of the teams’ mandatory minicamp at their practice facility in Alameda on Tuesday. Quarterback Derek Carr, wide receiver Antonio Brown, safety Karl Joseph along with the rest of the team ran drills, as team owner Mark Davis and general manager Mike Mayock watched from the field.
