The folks behind the Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival have planned an epicurean spectacle of mass proportions for 2019, including 100 of the world’s celebrity chefs and 250 top wineries.

The star-studded culinary event, which takes place April 11 to 14, will feature over-the-top cooking demos, exclusive wine tastings and original dining experiences on the iconic California coast with rising stars and Michelin-star winners alike.

Among this year’s global gastronomic luminaries: L’Arpege’s Alain Passard, Misiòn 19’s Javier Plascencia, Ludo Bites’ Ludo Lefebvre, Morimoto’s Masaharu Morimoto, Argentinean grill master and featured chef on Netflix’s “Chef’s Table” series  Francis Mallmann, DAMA’s Antonia Lofaso and Michelle Bernstein of Café La Trova.

The must-attend event within the festival — and the best opportunity to fill your Instagram feed — is the Lexus Grand Tasting Tent on Saturday and Sunday afternoons ($295 per person per event), which will feature 30 chefs and more than 300 wines from famed producers around the world.

Here are three more Pebble Beach Food & Wine events that caught our eye:

  • An exclusive, aptly named Decadence Dinner with chef Alain Passard of the three-Michelin-starred L’Arpège in Paris. Recognize the name? He took a risk embracing an all-vegetarian menu documented on “Chef’s Table.”
  • Two events with Jeremiah Tower — a Fireside Chat with Champagne, bites, and storytelling by “The Father of California Cuisine,” and a Power Lunch at Casa Palmero with Tower and his proteges Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier of Maine’s critically acclaimed MC Perkins Cove.
  • And Dining with The Michelin Stars: This upscale dinner will blend the talents of multiple chefs in one kitchen. Michelin-starred culinary legends, including Saratoga’s Peter Armellino, Rogelio Garcia, Janina O’Leary and Rupert and Carrie Blease, will serve up a memorable meal.
