Beyonce and Jay-Z are heading back to the Bay Area.
Music’s ultimate power couple performs Sept. 29 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara as part of the blockbuster On the Run Tour II.
And do we even need to add that it’s one of the year’s biggest concerts?
Probably not (even though, we guess, we just did).
The chance to see either of these two acts individually is cause to celebrate. But the opportunity to see Queen Bey and King Jay share the stage together is the stuff of legends.
Beyonce and Jay-Z are out on the road in support of this year’s collaborative effort, “Everything Is Love,” which they’ll surely highlight at Levi’s.
Yet, they’ll also draw heavily from their individual back catalogs.
In Beyonce’s case, that could translate to such tunes as “Drunk in Love,” “Baby Boy” and “Formation.”
On Jay-Z’s side, fans might hear such favorites as “Dirt off Your Shoulder,” “On to the Next One” and “Run This Town.”
