Here are the top concerts of the week in the Oakland, San Jose and San Francisco areas, highlighted by the return of the Raconteurs.

The Raconteurs

Jack White’s second best band — behind the White Stripes, of course — is finally set to return to the Bay Area.

The Raconteurs, which also features vocalist-guitarist Brendan Benson, bassist Jack Lawrence and drummer Patrick Keeler, hit the Fox Theater in Oakland July 23-24 in support of their chart-topping third album, the recently released “Help Us Stranger.”

Lillie Mae is also on the bill.

Femme It Forward

Brandy, Monica, Mya, Keri Hilson, Amerie and  Lil’ Mo appear at the Femme It Forward concert on July 20 at the Concord Pavilion.

Rufus Du Sol

The Australian dance/electronic music act, which formerly was known as just Rufus, hits the Greek Theatre in Berkeley for two nights, July 19-20, in support of “Solace.”

21 Savage

This rising star rapper has two gold-certified studio albums to his credit – 2017’s “Issa Album” and 2018’s “I Am > I Was” — and performs July 20 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.
