It’s a monster week for live music in the Bay Area, highlighted by the return of First Aid Kit. Here are some top picks for the San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose areas:
First Aid Kit
Having played a marvelous sold-out show at the Fox Theater in Oakland earlier this year, the Swedish country-folk-pop duo — consisting of Klara and Johanna Soderberg — returns to the Bay Area for a Sept. 28 gig at the Masonic in San Francisco.
M. Ward and Julia Jacklin are also on the bill.

98.5 KFOX Summer Send Off

Rise Against

Fall Out Boy
