More countries around the world are easing coronavirus restrictions. That means lockdowns are slowly being rolled back and more people are out and about.
It can be a cause for concern as countries such as Spain and France emerge from a horrific few weeks facing the COVID-19 outbreak. Now, crowds gathered along Trocadero Square in Paris while in Barcelona, Spain, residents headed to the beach. The beachgoers were warned that though they could walk on the beach, sunbathing and and recreational swimming were prohibited. In the United Kingdom, warm weather lead many to visit beaches themselves.
In Southeast Asia, roads were packed in Vietnam and Thailand. Meanwhile in India, the lifting of movement restrictions on migrants workers led to huge lines in front of buses. In the Philippines, worshippers went to church, showing how rules were relaxed in the archipelago.
In the United States, some places such as Mississippi allowed casinos to open for business. In Florida, a state still dealing with coronavirus deaths, official kept pushing with the reopening of beaches.
Germany is one of the few countries that has had success against COVID-19. The European nation had some relative normalcy as beer gardens in the Bavaria region opened up.
