Investigators working to solve a shooting that killed a Las Vegas man earlier this year in North Richmond released video Monday of a vehicle they believe was involved in some way in the killing.
Shedrick Williams, 46, died of his injuries two days after being shot in the head June 3 near Shields-Reid Park.
The shooting, which police said happened at about 1 p.m. in the 1400 block of Kelsey Street, also wounded Williams’ brother. He survived.
According to a statement from Richmond police, investigators have said a white Honda Accord sport four-door sedan was involved in the shooting. The model year of the car is between 2018 and 2020, police said.

Police released video of the car making a left-hand turn onto a Richmond street and accelerating. Two men sitting on a bench outside the park can be seen diving for cover behind another vehicle as the Honda drives by them.
Police have not said whether the two men diving for cover in the video are Williams and his brother.
Williams died after being taken by helicopter to a trauma center and placed on life support. His brother was released from the hospital on the same day after being treated.
