Steph Curry has purchased property a little closer to work. The Golden State Warriors star bought a condo in downtown San Francisco in the Four Seasons Private Residences for $8 million, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.

The property, which will be completed in June, is located at 706 Mission St. That’s across from the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and, more importantly, striking distance to the Chase Center, home of the Warriors. This past summer, the Curry family quietly purchased a sprawling mansion in Atherton, which on good days is about a 45-minute commute.

According to the report, the 2,800-square-foot unit is on the 30th floor — just like Curry’s jersey number.

The units tout floor-to-ceiling windows with views of downtown, a gourmet kitchen and an ample master bedroom. Services include 24-hour concierge, lounge, fitness center, security monitoring, valet parking and a car elevator.

The tower was developed by Westbrook Partners.

The new property also is just a few blocks away from Ayesha Curry’s restaurant, International Smoke, making it a perfect home away from home for the Currys.
