The San Jose Sharks, SAP and Habitat for Humanity partnered to build emergency housing for homeless in San Jose on Friday.

Volunteers worked on building 80 homes — each 8 feet by 10 feet — that will include heating, cooling and electricity. When completed, the tiny homes will be transported to Valley Transportation Authority land off Maybury Road for a future homeless transitional community.

The Sharks also donated $200,000 to Habitat for Humanity.
