It’s time for another look at the top concerts of the week in the Bay Area, highlighted by an appearance from one of the biggest rock bands of all time. Here are some of your best bets:
Rolling Stones
It’s finally time for the Stones to roll back into the Bay Area, bringing along with them, of course, one of the most legendary songbooks in rock ‘n’ roll history.
You know you want to sing along to such first-tier classics as “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” “Wild Horses” and “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” so come on out to see Mick Jagger and company during their No Filter Tour stop at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on Aug. 18.
The show was postponed from May so singer Mick Jagger could get heart valve replacement surgery. Reports from recent make-up dates on the tour say the frontman looks to be in top shape.
