Former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jerry Rice and linebacker Patrick Willis greeted fans ahead of the team’s NFC Championship game against the Green Bay Packers at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on Sunday.
Rice was seen running routes and a 100-yard sprint to the end zone — in a suit — before the 49ers-Packers game. Meanwhile, several other Bay Area sports icons were in attendance, including Barry Bonds, Steve Young, Rickey Watters, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

Also heard and seen inside Levi’s Stadium before the game Sunday were plenty of boos from the north end zone as the Green Bay Packers took the field, followed by chants from fans when Kwon Alexander emerged from the tunnel in the south end zone sporting his ‘HOT BOYZZ’ shirt.
Willis also showed up and greeted fans as well as Fred Warner:
