The Contra Costa Civic Theatre is replacing the main roof of their building, through the generosity of the theater’s patrons and the city of El Cerrito.

“CCCT (Contra Costa Civic Theatre) has been talking about the need for a new roof for several years now, and last year’s extreme rainy season finally made that need into a necessity. We’re so glad to finally have this huge project underway and are extremely grateful to our patrons and the city of El Cerrito for their support,” said Marilyn Langbehn, the theater’s artistic director.
