Oakland A’s pitcher Mike Fiers threw the second no-hitter of his career in front of a crowd of 11,794 against the Cincinnati Reds Tuesday night at the Coliseum.

Defensive plays by the A’s Jurickson Profar and Ramon Laureano saved the no-hit bid for Fiers. The A’s pitcher’s first no-hitter came in 2017 against the Los Angeles Dodgers when he was a member of the Houston Astros.
