Burning Man devotees are congregating at Nevada’s Black Rock Desert for yet another epic fest, Aug. 26 through Sept. 3. The Playa schedule is so jammed, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. But no worries. Here are our top 10 picks for Day 3 — everything from cyr wheel workshops to murder and cocktails in the shade. Er, virtual murder, real cocktails.
TUESDAY, AUG. 28
- Burning Man Ultramarathon: 5 a.m.-4 p.m. Hosted by Pink Lightning. Come run 50 kilometers with other running crazies. You MUST bring a gallon of water and a snack to share. Register ahead of time. www.burningman50k.com

- Unofficial Playa Civil Unions: 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Aug. 27-Sept. 2. Hosted by Two Lanterns. A wedding for any being with all the trimmings, including rings, veils, top hats and an unofficial wedding certificate. Invite your friends for a trip in the wedding dome.
