With Bay Area temperatures expected to rise above 100 degrees in many areas over the next few days, a number of cooling centers around the Bay Area will be open and available for the public to get out of the heat. Among them:

SANTA CLARA COUNTY

The following is open from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday.

  • Campbell Community Center, Q80 (Roosevelt Red Room), 1 W. Cambell Ave., Campbell

The following is open from noon-9 p.m. Mon-Wed.; noon-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

  • Centennial Recreation Center, 171 W. Edmundson, Morgan Hill

The following are open from 1 p.m.-9 p.m. Saturday through Sunday:

  • Roosevelt Community Center: 901 E. Santa Clara St., San Jose.
  • Camden Community Center: 3369 Union Ave., San Jose.
  • Mayfair Community Center: 2039 Kammerer Ave., San Jose

The following is open from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday

  • Cupertino Senior Center, 21251 Stevens Creek Blvd., Cupertino.

The following are open from 1 p.m.-7 p.m. Saturday:

  • Mountain View Community Center: 201 South Rengstorff Ave., Mountain View
  • Santa Clara Senior Center, 1303 Fremont Street, Santa Clara

The following are open from 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Saturday:

  • Saratoga Library, 13650 Saratoga Ave., Saratoga.
  • Gilroy Library, 350 W. 6th Street, Gilroy

ALAMEDA COUNTY

The following is opened from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon-Fri and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday

  • Robert Livermore Community Center: 4444 East Ave., Livermore

The following is open from noon-8 p.m. Saturday through Sunday

  • Dublin Senior Center: 7600 Amador Valley Blvd., Dublin

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY

The following are open from 1-5 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday

  • Employment and Human Services: 4545 Delta Fair Blvd., Antioch
  • Employment and Human Services: 400 Ellinwood Drive, Pleasant Hill
  • Employment and Human Services: 1305 MacDonald Ave., Richmond
