Swing dance virtually
Saratoga Federated Church is hosting an online beginner’s East Coast swing dance class for all ages on June 12.
Steve and Jenn Feldmeyer will teach basic moves in this Zoom class, and no partner is required. Costumes are admired but not required.

High school district has new CBO
Delores Perley has been named the new chief business officer (CBO)/assistant superintendent for the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District, effective July 1.
Perley has over 20 years of experience in progressively responsible school business positions, including management of a $120 million general fund budget and $100 million in Proposition 39 bond funds for a public school district of over 10,500 students and 1,000 employees.
Since 2000, she has held a variety of positions in the business/financial departments of the districts she served, including Santee, Lemon Grove, San Dieguito and Evergreen. Most recently, Perley served as CBO of Evergreen Union School District, providing direction and supervision of the business services team, including finance, purchasing, risk management, nutrition services, transportation, maintenance, operations and grounds.
Perley’s certifications include the California Association of School Business Officials CBO Certification and completion of the Fiscal Crisis and Management Team Chief Business Official Mentor Program.
