Former MLB star Alex Rodriguez has reduced the selling price of his Beverly Hills, Calif. mansion to $5.25 million from $6.5M, reports the L.A. Times.

The mid-century style home dubbed the Honnold and Rex Architectural Research house has four bedrooms and four baths. It features a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a chef’s kitchen and a pool and spa, among many other amenities.
The home has a Hollywood history; A-Rod purchased it in 2014 from Meryl Streep for $4.8 million. Carl Gambino with Westside Estate Agency is the current listing agent.
Lots of changes for A-Rod, newly engaged, he recently purchased a $6.6M beach house in Malibu with fiancee Jennifer Lopez.
