Makes about ¾ cup
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake jar until well-combined. Serve with crudites, such as sugar snap peas, red bell pepper strips, asparagus and carrots.
