Tracy Morgan was a tad emotional in the seconds following an accident Tuesday that involved the brand-new $2 million Bugatti he had driven off the dealership lot just minutes earlier.

Page Six obtained video of the comedian rising up from the driver’s seat of the convertible and then slamming his right hand on the passenger’s side window of a Honda SUV, the other vehicle involved in the collision.

“Bitch, get out of the car!” Morgan yelled at the driver.

He then climbed over to the other side of the Bugatti and exited from the passenger side of the vehicle. Morgan appeared to be slowly circling toward the Honda before the video cut out.

Jocelyn Madulid, the Honda’s driver, picked up the story from there. She said she didn’t recognize Morgan and became “traumatized” after he started cussing her out at the New York City intersection.

“He was yelling at me, I got scared,” she said.

She added: “I didn’t yell anything back. I just stayed in my car.”

Page Six caught up with the 61-year-old Madulid at her New Jersey home. She said she wasn’t initially unclear as to why their fender-bender was causing such a commotion, with onlookers pulling out their phones and pointing it their way.

Hmmm. Let’s start with that the other vehicle is worth about $2 million.

“I asked the traffic officer, why people taking pictures and he said, ‘You don’t watch TV? That’s a famous guy,'” she said.

“Then there was a double-decker bus and the tourist guide was saying: ‘Oh, that’s Tracy Morgan!'”

As to who was at fault, Madulid points the finger at the 50-year-old star of “The Last O.G.”

“We are both turning right — people are still crossing,” she told Page Six. “So what happened is we’re both turning right. But I know he hit me because I was already (turning). I was there, he was the one who hit me.”

Photos and video from the accident site showed that their vehicles came together on the Bugatti’s driver’s side and the Honda’s passenger side.

TMZ posted a video of Morgan pulling away from the dealership following his purchase of the Bugatti.

Following the accident, Morgan reportedly was treated inside an ambulance at the scene for either an injured hip or a sore neck.

In 2014, the “Saturday Night Live” and “30 Rock” alum was involved in a serious six-vehicle pileup that led to a friend’s death and serious, life-threatening injuries to Morgan.

He and a number of friends were traveling on the New Jersey Turnpike when their limousine was struck from behind by a Walmart truck, leading to the multiple-car collision.

Morgan sustained a broken leg and femur, a broken nose and several broken ribs. He spent more than two weeks in the hospital before undergoing a lengthy rehab process.
