Outdoor dining: Which Bay Area restaurants are open for alfresco meals?

After being limited to takeout and delivery business for nearly three months, restaurants in Contra Costa County, San Mateo County and Santa Clara County got the go-ahead from health officials to open for socially distanced outdoor dining. Alameda County started up later, then had to stop — and now alfresco dining is back on there.
