The Camp Fire, the most destructive fire in California history, is 20 percent contained as of about 7 a.m. Saturday morning, according to Cal Fire, up from 5 percent the day before. The fire has killed at least 23 people, burned more than 100,000 acres and destroyed nearly 7,000 structures in Butte County. Heavy winds are forecast for Saturday night and fire officials fear the historic blaze is far from finished.
