According to TMZ, McFadden was found asleep at the wheel of his SUV in the drive-thru of a Dallas-Fort Worth area Whataburger.

Law enforcement officials responded and found a combative McFadden. He was arrested on suspicion of DWI and resisting arrest. Officers said the driver and passenger side windows were broken during the altercation. McFadden posted bond and was released.

There was no word on whether he wanted fries with that.

McFadden, who ran for 4,590 yards and 41 touchdowns at Arkansas, played for the Raiders from 2008-14, rushing for 4,247 yards. His best season was 2010 when he gained 1,157 yards and caught 47 passes, scoring 10 touchdowns.

He finished his career with the Dallas Cowboys in 2014-15, logging another 1,000-yard season. He retired after one carry in 2017.
