Here’s a look at the week in Bay Area music, highlighted by appearances from Billie Eilish and the Arctic Monkeys.

Billie Eilish

Eilish ranks as one of music’s true rising stars, even though this 16-year-old electropop artist has yet to deliver her first full-length album. But she has put out some really cool singles, including “Ocean Eyes” and “Lovely,” which seemingly have Eilish on the fast track to superstardom.

She managed to live up to the hype during her sold-out headlining show at San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall in March, as well as during her big set at August’s Outside Lands.

The singer returns to the Bay Area to perform Oct. 20 at the Fox Theater in Oakland. Childish Major opens the show.

Details: 7:30 p.m.; $32.50, www.ticketmaster.com.

Arctic Monkeys

The acclaimed English rock act is out on the road in support of its sixth studio album, “Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino,” and performs two nights — Oct. 20-21 — at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. Mini Mansions are also on the bill.

Details: 8 p.m.; $59.50, www.ticketmaster.com.

St Paul and the Broken Bones

The Alabama soul outfit supports its latest effort, “Young Sick Camellia,” with a concert on Oct. 19 at the Fox in Oakland. Black Pumas open the show.

Details: 8 p.m.; $37, www.ticketmaster.com.

Russell Peters

The popular stand-up comedian and actor, who many know from his work on Netflix, checks into the Masonic in San Francisco on Oct. 24.
