Christmas is right around the corner, which means that the week in concerts is dominated by holiday shows. Here are our top picks:
Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir
The acclaimed vocal group, which has long operated under the guidance of artistic director Terrance Kelly, performs its 11th annual South Bay Holiday Gospel Concert on Dec. 21 at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. It’s sure to be a joyous and uplifting evening of worship music.
Also, the choir’s ensemble group performs its annual Christmas Eve shows at Slim’s in San Francisco.

Blind Boys of Alabama
