- 13. Third years were allowed a special treat for the first time. What was it, and why couldn’t Harry participate? On certain weekends, third years and above were allowed to visit Hogsmeade, Britain’s only all-magical community, located near Hogwarts. Harry didn’t have a signed permission slip from the Dursleys, although he found a way around that.
- 14. How was Hermione able to take so many classes this year? She had approval to use a time turner, allowing her to turn back time.
