CHICAGO — Warriors forwards Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala will sit out when the Warriors (36-9) visit the Chicago Bulls (17-27) on Wednesday because of recurring injuries. While Green is nursing a sore right shoulder, Iguodala has a left calf contusion.

Warriors rookie forward Jordan Bell will start at the power forward spot, marking his second consecutive start and 11th overall this season. Bell will also start for the second time this season against Chicago, setting up a potentially interesting storyline since the Bulls traded the rights to the 38th pick to Golden State for $3.5 million. The Warriors then used the pick to select Bell.

As for Green, he said his right shoulder feels fine, suggesting the Warriors will sit him out for precautionary reasons as they do with all injured players. But Green has iced his right shoulder following recent games, practices and morning shootarounds, an ailment that sidelined him for five games last month. Iguodala has missed six games this season both for rest purposes and to heal minor injuries.
