First they were up, then they were off, and now some are apparently back up.

No, we’re not talking about Donald Trump’s polling numbers. We’re talking about the promo videos for his upcoming “Saturday Night Live” hosting stint. On Wednesday, a handful of promo videos — in which he jokes around with ‘SNL’ cast members, and takes shots at the FCC and Republican opponent Ben Carson — were posted on “SNL’s” YouTube channel.

But according to USA Today, the promotional videos were quickly removed. There was no word why they were pulled. Then, some of the videos were up again, although not the ones that included the FCC and Ben Carson jokes. The remaining promos feature Trump, Cecily Strong and other “SNL” stars are mostly devoid of references to the GOP presidential race are any of the issues that have put Trump at the center of controversy.

On of the clips that has not reappeared has Trump taking a direct shot at Carson — who recently moved ahead of Trump in some national and regional polls — by saying, “Let me just say this: Ben Carson is a complete and total loser!”
